London to host the 2012 Olympic Games test events in the run up to the Games

Fans will have the opportunity to get an idea of the Olympic Games next year in Londona series of test events to be held during the next 18 months.

Each place of event at the 2012 Games will undergo a test event in the run up to theOlympics.

Some events are specifically invited competition organized by LOCOG Games headsto test the venues, but others are scheduled international and Olympic qualifyingtournaments.

Students in Britain will beat the best athletes in the world to the 80,000 capacity OlympicStadium next May when they play the British Universities Championships.

The public can buy tickets with LOCOG decided to give fans the opportunity toexperience what is an event at Olympic venues will be.

Debbie Jevans Director of Sport said: "For the spectators, having the opportunity to bein the stadium where the world's best athletes compete is an amazing experience."
